▶Who is the instructor?
Hi, I’m Mai — a certified Pilates, Barre, and strength training instructor based in Tokyo.
I lead energetic, high-intensity, English-friendly group classes designed for people who love to challenge themselves, stay active, and feel powerful in the way they move while in Japan. I believe fitness should make you sweat, strengthen, and smile — pushing your limits in a supportive, fun environment that inspires real progress.
I taught in the United States through December 2025 before relocating to Japan, where her classes were popular with participants of all ages and fitness levels.
