Bonodori Festival! A Summer Finale in Asakusa🍉🍺

Participation Fee:
¥700 – Returning participants
¥1,200 – First-time participants (includes event and organizing costs)
Food and drinks are optional (¥0–¥3000 depending on your choice)

Event Details
Let’s celebrate the end of summer with one of Asakusa’s beloved seasonal traditions: the Kaminarimon Bon Odori.
Bon Odori is open to everyone, and even if it’s your first time, there will be instructors to guide you through the dance. After joining the locals and dancing together, we’ll enjoy the magical atmosphere of illuminated E-dōrō lanterns and the charm of Asakusa at night.
If there’s strong interest, we’ll also host a casual gathering afterward at a local sweets shop or izakaya.

About Bon Odori
Bon Odori is a traditional Japanese summer dance held during the Obon season. It began as a ritual to welcome, spend time with, and send off the spirits of ancestors.

Schedule (Tentative)
6:15 PM – Meet at Kamiya Bar near Asakusa Station
6:30 PM – Bon Odori begins
7:30 PM – Explore food stalls and enjoy the illuminated lanterns
8:45 PM – End of the gathering
If there’s strong interest, we’ll head to a café or izakaya for a casual gathering afterward.

夏のフィナーレを飾る、雷門盆踊りへ
夏の終わりを彩る浅草の風物詩「雷門盆踊り」に出かけてみませんか？
盆踊りは誰でも参加OK。振付の先生もいるので、初めてでも安心して楽しめます。 ローカル気分で踊ったあとは、美しい絵どうろうが灯る幻想的な雰囲気の中、夜の浅草をゆったり満喫しましょう。
参加者が多い場合は、盆踊りのあとに交流会も予定しています。

盆踊りは、日本の夏の伝統行事のひとつで、お盆の時期に行われる踊りです。もともとは先祖の霊を迎え、共に過ごし、送り出すための供養の儀式として始まりました。

参加費
¥700：リピーターの方
¥1,200：初参加の方（イベント費＋運営費を含む）
参加費にはオーガナイズ費とグループ運営費が含まれています。
ドリンクやフードのオーダーは任意です（¥0〜¥3000ほどで楽しめます）

スケジュール（予定）
18:15 浅草駅近くの神谷バー集合
18:30 盆踊り開始
19:30 屋台を楽しみながら、絵どうろうを鑑賞
20:45 解散
参加者が多い場合は、盆踊りのあとに甘味処か居酒屋で交流会を予定しています。
