Volvemos a la carga con mucho teatro y más ganas que nunca de poder compartir este maravilloso arte con vosotros. Teatro en estado puro al alcance de todos! Este grupo parte del trabajo del actor creador. Este curso pretende facilitar el descubrimiento y la ejercitación de los hábitos creadores del actor en el alumnado. Se pondrán en práctica todos los aprendizajes actorales para fomentar un trabajo de creación colectiva. Iniciaremos con una investigación interpretativa a través de improvisaciones y propuestas escénicas para llegar a una creación colectiva de varios montajes de microteatro a representar en distintos centros, teatros y salas de Barcelona. Una vez tengamos la propuesta creativa empezaremos a incidir y trabajar en todo lo que es necesario para una creación escénica que se presentará en público. Aprenderemos a realizar un montaje teatral con todo lo que hay delante y detrás del escenario. Partiendo siempre del trabajo de la creación colectiva y de grupo, profundizaremos en el trabajo de personajes, creación, texto y guion. A la vez que se imparten clases de formación actoral y disciplina escénica. Para este grupo es necesaria experiencia previa en teatro. Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). Somos razonables en la práctica del Taichi y os ayudaremos a no realizar prácticas que puedan provocaros un daño pero en última instancia cada participante es responsable de si mismo y os pedimos que nos comuniquéis problemas de salud o lesiones que pudiesen causaros perjuicio alguno. Taichi is a martial art based in the Taoist philosophy and its vision of the universe, in addition to the improvement of the martial skills of its practitioners, helps to enhance their health, their body awareness, and also can be a path for their personal and spiritual growth. This martial art is set apart from the majority of the other ones you may know. Other martial arts are based in strength and muscle power, but Taichi is instead an answer to the question: ¿Why fight strength with strength when you could use their power against them?
