Während dieses viertägigen Retreats tauchen wir tief in die Praxis der Achtsamkeit ein und geben uns selbst den Raum, im Stillwerden zu erfahren, was wirklich wesentlich ist. Im Herzen der Stille entsteht ein Ort innerer Sammlung, wo Klarheit, Mitgefühl und Gelassenheit wachsen können. Ein Raum, um mit dem was ist, in Kontakt zu kommen und Schritt für Schritt mit sich selbst Freundschaft zu schliessen. Durch stille und geführte Meditationen, achtsame Körperübungen, sanftes Yoga und Impulse aus dem MBSR-Programm entsteht ein geschützter Rahmen, in dem Du Deine innere Präsenz stärken, Stress abbauen und mehr Bewusstheit entwickeln und Dich neu mit Ruhe, Vertrauen und Lebendigkeit verbinden kannst. Zeit für Dyaden, achtsames Gehen in der Natur, inspirierende Impulse/Vorträge und wohltuende, pflanzliche Mahlzeiten tragen dazu bei, dass Achtsamkeit nicht nur als Praxis, sondern als Haltung erfahrbar wird. Das Retreat findet im Schweigen statt, ausser bei geleitetem Austausch oder geführten Dyaden.
