The method flow is: how to record, build up your reading list, analysis and learn yourself better. It requires assistance with computer and AI as well. So you can bring your laptop or a paper notebook to record the key steps. MeetUp sharing is like half workshop, maybe i talk a little more depending on how well you have prepared.
