Realizamos Taichi al aire libre aún asi solicitamos que debido al CoViD cada participante decida libremente y se responsabilice de las medidas que desee tomar respecto a la situación sanitaria actual El Taichi es una arte marcial basado en la filosofía taoísta y en su visión del universo, que además de fomentar habilidades marciales, ayuda a mejorar la salud, la conciencia corporal y puede ser un camino para el desarrollo personal y espiritual de los que lo practican. Este arte marcial es diferente a la mayoría de las que podáis conocer. Mientras otras se basan en la fuerza y la potencia el Taichí es una respuesta a la pregunta: ¿Por qué combatir la fuerza bruta con más fuerza cuando es posible aprovechar la de tu adversario? Si estas pinceladas os llaman la atención podéis venir a conocer el Taichi de forma gratuita, cada domingo de manos del Sifu Albert Sala. Las clases son de 9 a 10:30 de la mañana en el parque situado al final del Carrer Lleida delante del recinto llamado “El mercat de les flors” (cerca de las paradas de metro “Plaça Espanya” y “Poble Sec”). La propuesta de esta actividad es ir a visitar la exposición dedicada al arquitecto Kazuo Shinohara (Japón 1925 - 2006) que se celebra en el espléndido edificio del Dipòsit del Rei Martí. La exposición, titulada *"La casa como obra de arte"*, es una muestra retrospectiva con motivo del centenario del arquitecto. Shinohara está considerado uno de los arquitectos más influyentes de su generación en la arquitectura japonesa contemporánea. Sus reflexiones arquitectónicas se centraron en la casa como medio para generar emoción, y en la ciudad como fuente de emociones.
