Living Lightly

In this half-day course we enjoy some Meditation, an inspiring teaching based on Buddha's words of wisdom, and afterwards enjoy a yummy vegetarian lunch together. Everyone is welcome!

Live lighter and happier by being free of thirsting for others’ approval or affirmation, and free of thirsting for a lottery win!

Each class is self-contained so there is no need to commit to all three classes.

Time: 11:30-2:30pm (Meditation, teaching, and breaks)

Janet Kawano began her Buddhist studies with the Kadampa Tradition in the UK 15 years ago. She now resides in Tokyo with her husband. Her thoughtful yet joyful approach to Buddha’s teachings enable her to empathize with students and help them with their daily problems.
