Session Flow:
We’ll begin with a gentle arrival, including brief introductions and a moment to share what brought you here. From there, we’ll move into light stretching and simple guided movement to help you reconnect with your body and become present.
You’ll then be guided through a reflective writing exercise focused on cultivating gratitude for your body and yourself, followed by a quiet creative drawing practice to deepen and express that experience.
We’ll close with optional sharing in a warm, respectful space.
