Beginner-Friendly Yoga Class in Yoyogi Park + Group Chat and Hot Tea

Thank you very much for visiting this event! I am a 200-hour yoga teacher certified in India.

Let’s do yoga in the park together!
This class is mainly for beginners, although there could be some advanced poses. We will focus on Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
The class is conducted in English, making it a great opportunity to practice your English skills. However, it is easy to follow along by just observing the positions.

500 Yen at the meeting point. Please have the cash ready.
The fee will be used to cover Meetup subscription costs.

• We will wait 10 minutes to gather after the meeting time
• 1 hour yoga class
• Chai Tea and snacks (provided by the instructor)

I will share the precise meeting point via comments or message before the event, please check.

▼Things to Bring

1. Mat or big towel
2. Water
3. Small towel for sweat, etc.
4. Cap for the sunlight (optional)
5. Daiso Blue leisure sheet (optional but highly recommended to put under your mat. Something like this: Amazon Link)

1. Please arrive on time. I will be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the starting time. Text me if you are going to arrive later than this.
2. There is toilet but not changing area
3. This group is NOT responsible for any injuries or loss of property.
4. I will contact you the day before the event, so please be sure to reply to confirm.
5. No-shows may result in a ban from the group, so update your status at least the day before the event.

IMPORTANT: I will notify around 1 hour before the event time in case of cancellation. Check comments and messages before departing to the event, just in case.
