I run a cafe in Miyashiro-cho, Saitama Prefecture.
We are planning language exchange gatherings from 18 o'clock to 20 o'clock on 11th December 2018.
It is safe because it is not a one-on-one at the café in front of the station.
The cost is only the drink fee for cash on delivery.
My English is poor. But prepare the board game.
It is in front of the station which got off the west exit of Tobudoubutukouen station by Tobu Sky Tree line from Asakusa.
