Join us for our 2nd Meetup! 🍻
We had a wonderful time at our 1st meetup with a cozy and friendly atmosphere!
It was a truly global gathering with participants from the USA, Korea, Taiwan, Colombia, and Japan 🇺🇸🇰🇷🇹🇼🇨🇴🇯🇵.
Since this community just launched in December 2025, we are still looking for people to join us from the start.
Let's kick off 2026 together with new connections and good drinks!
We're excited to hold our 2nd meetup based in the Asakusa and Kuramae area. (Everyone from any area is welcome!)
Our goal is simple: Create a welcoming space where Nomads, Travelers, International Residents, and Locals can connect and feel at home in Tokyo.
We will gather at Samurai Bar Asakusa, a casual bar conveniently located in the area. Let's grab a drink and share stories!

Please give everyone a chance to speak. Avoid dominating the discussion and enjoy listening to others' stories as much as sharing your own. - 🚫 No Solicitation: MLM (Multi-level marketing), religious soliciting, or aggressive business sales are strictly prohibited.
- 🚫 No Harassment: This is a friendly networking event, not a dating/pickup spot. Unwanted romantic advances or harassment will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone violating these rules to leave.
🍽️ Note on Food
The venue only serves light snacks (no full meals).
We recommend grabbing a bite beforehand, or if you get hungry, you are welcome to step out to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant and come back later. Re-entry is totally fine!

- We will be hanging out during these hours. Feel free to arrive or leave anytime!

💡 Why am I doing this?
Hi, I’m Tacchinardi. I work at a platform company in Tokyo.
When I was a digital nomad abroad, local meetups helped me so much. I wanted to create a similar "home" here in East Tokyo (Asakusa, Kuramae, and beyond).
I believe this area has huge potential. It is not just a tourist spot—it is a creative and authentic place to work and live.
Let's energize the East Tokyo community together!
