KANA & SOMA
WEDNESDAY BACHATA @ EBISU G-BOX

Basic / Bachata / Sensual / Practice

Join us every Wednesday at Ebisu G-BOX for Bachata lessons and Practice Time!

This class is for everyone — from complete beginners to dancers who want to review the basics or take their Bachata to the next level.

Rather than focusing on just one style, we incorporate elements of Traditional, Modern, and Sensual Bachata so you can develop a well-rounded understanding of Bachata.

After the lessons, we have Practice Time.

You can review and repeat what you learned in class, practice on your own, and ask KANA & SOMA questions or get individual advice.

The goal is not just to take a lesson and go home. We want to give you time to work on your individual challenges and practice until you can actually use what you have learned when dancing.

【LESSON CONTENT】

19:30–20:00 Bachata Basic
【Level】First-timers & dancers who want to review the basics

We will carefully work on the fundamentals of Bachata, including basic steps, rhythm, and body movement.

20:00–20:45 Bachata Pairwork
【Level】Beginner+

Learn practical Bachata for social dancing, including Lead & Follow, Pairwork, Technique, and Musicality.

20:45–21:30 Sensual Technique
【Level】Beginner–Lower Intermediate

For dancers who already understand basic Bachata steps and basic Lead & Follow.

We will work carefully from the fundamentals on techniques used in Sensual Bachata, including Body Movement, Connection, and Lead & Follow.

The goal is not to focus only on Sensual Bachata, but to use these techniques to help you become a more versatile Bachata dancer.

21:30–22:30 Practice Time

Review and repeat what you learned that day, or use the time for your own practice. You are also welcome to ask the instructors questions and receive advice.

If you have ever felt:

“I didn’t fully understand it during the lesson.”

“I could do it in class, but I can’t use it when I actually dance.”

Practice Time is the chance to work through those areas little by little.

First-timers and solo participants are welcome!

You can also join from 20:00 or 20:45.
