Hi Coffee and Tea Surfers,
CJ here. I am excited to announce our biggest event "Finding Your Passion, Love What You Do" (9/17, 15:20-17:45) this year.
We are collaborating with a gourmet food event group (Put it on a Plate) (https://www.facebook.com/pioap/) & a coworking space (The Editory) (https://www.facebook.com/editory.jbc/) to produce this event.
About 30 people will join us so we would love to see you there.
We invited 4 speakers to give a quick 15-minute presentation (similar to TED talks) about how they find their passion. After that, we will have an after-party where you can meet lots of interesting and positive people. We promise it will be a fun and meaningful Sunday afternoon!

Mareike Dornhege (Marine Biologist)

After a successful career in advertising and media, Mareike decided to follow her childhood dream of becoming a marine biologist. She left her full-time job at a media agency behind and went back to school as a PhD student.
She is now running research projects on sharks, her favourite animals and majestic ocean hunters, and inspires others to love the ocean just like she does at conferences and events.
Andy Atmoko (Future Restaurant Owner)

Andy is a young and aspiring chef. His love for cooking started when he was 8 years old. His inspiration comes from the excitement of experimenting with new flavours and interaction with people through their love for food.
After studying and working in several countries, he realized that he wanted to follow his passion for cooking. He is now planning to start his own restaurant in Indonesia.
Aaron Tang (Photographer/Robot Engineer)

Aaron has a cool job of making robots but on the weekends, he is a photographer. He bought his first DSLR camera when he came to Japan in 2008 to capture some memories. Since then, he grew to love photography and was even hired as a professional wedding photographer!

Naoko Kondoh (Black Tea Expert)
Naoko fell in love with black tea when her home-stay family in England. Upon returning to Japan, she found a job at a tea company and also started attending lessons to learn more about black tea.
Since then, she has obtained an advanced certification in black tea knowledge and has given a number of black tea workshops in Tokyo. She passionately believes that black tea can be enjoyed by everyone and she hopes to inspire you to do so.

CJです。今年最大のイベント「情熱を探そう、好きなことをしよう(Finding Your Passion, Love What You Do)」（9月17日15時20分から17時45分）を紹介できて、とても嬉しいです。
私たちは、グルメイベントグループ「Put it on a Plate」とコワーキングスペース（仕事ができる共有スペース）「The Editory」との協同で、このイベントを企画しています。
参加人数は約30人です。是非、当日お会いしましょう！
4人のスピーカーを招待していて、TEDトークに似たような約15分のプレゼンをして頂いきます。プレゼンのテーマは、自分が情熱をどうみつけたか、です。そのあと、懇親会があるので、色んなポジティブでおもしろい人々に会いましょう。楽しく、充実した日曜日の午後を保証します。

広告・メディア分野でのキャリアで成功を収めた後、マライケさんは子供の頃の夢だった海洋生物学者になることを決意。メディア企業を退社し、博士課程の生徒として学校へ。
現在、マライケの大好きな動物であり、雄大な海のハンターであるサメの研究プロジェクトを行っている。学会や会議、イベントなどで人々が海を好きになるよう活動中。

アンディは料理人を目指す、若きシェフの卵。勝利への情熱が8歳の時に生まれ、新しい味を試す楽しみや食への愛を通して人と交流することで得られる興奮が彼の今の情熱。
何か国で勉強し働いた後、料理への道に進みたいと思い、インドネシアでレストランを開店する計画を今立てている。

アーロンはロボットを作るカッコいい仕事をしているが、週末は写真家である。2008年に日本に来た時に初めて一眼レフカメラを購入し、よい思い出を残そう思う。それ以来、写真が好きになり、結婚式のカメラマンとしても雇われる。
Naoko Kondoh (紅茶エキスパート)
イングランドでホームステイ先の家族とともに過ごし、ナオコは紅茶が好きになった。日本に帰国後、ティーカンパニーで職に就き、紅茶について学ぶためクラスに参加し始める。
その後、紅茶についての知識を要する上級の資格を取得し、東京で沢山のワークショップを開催。みんな紅茶を楽しめるという考えで、好きになってもらえるような願っている。
