Most of us were never taught how to say what we really feel or need. Instead, we blame, we demand, or we stay silent. None of it works.
This free one-hour workshop introduces Non-Violent Communication (NVC), a practical four-step model developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. It is used by people all over the world to handle difficult conversations at home, at work, and anywhere in between.
In this session you will:

  • Understand what NVC is and why it works
  • Learn the four steps: Observation, Feeling, Need, Request
  • See the difference between a judgement and a fact
  • Practice the model together with real examples
  • Leave with one concrete thing to try this week

No experience needed. This workshop is open to everyone. The language is plain and clear, and is suitable for non-native English speakers.
