The club's yearly Annual General Meeting is on this day. This means that the meeting will not be a regular one.
For members of the club, we need a quorum of majority of members to be present.
This is your chance to ask questions about the club, the finances, our future plan and also to vote for your favourite people to be on the new board for the next year term.

Below is the Agenda for tomorrow's meeting. Your attendance is crucial for the quorum as well as your vote to decide the future of the club, in particular for the following important matters:
1. Confirmation of quorum requirement and AGM minutes taker. The President is to confirm that a quorum is met, and the Secretary is to take the AGM minutes.
2. Minutes of the 2025 AGM held on 21 May 2025. Approve as a true and correct record.
3. Presentation of Reports by the following board members:
- Sergeant at Arms (SAA) - Ievgen Boturchuk - announce new time slot for meetings.
- Secretary - Md Raqibul Hasan
- Vice President of Membership (VPM) - Fabio Oliveira
- Vice President of Education (VPE) - Anurag Kumar
- Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR) - Vlad Manea
- President - Ai-Cheng Foo Nielsen
- Treasurer - Anders Jensen - approve and adopt audited accounts.
4. Report by chair of leadership nomination committee for the new board, announcing the list of nominations received.
5. Elections of new board officers / nominees and nominations from the floor and a 1-2 minute pitch. Secret ballot unless dispensed with unanimously. The majority of those present and voting.
6. Announcement of new board members for 1 July 2026 – 30 June 2027.
7. Meeting Adjourned.

Speak to Lead Toastmasters helps people to improve their public speaking and leadership skills in a supportive and fun environment. No matter what your age, background, and level of confidence are, it is a place for you. If you are scared as hell of public speaking, then you should definitely come!

If you find it interesting, you can later sign up as a member by paying a small monthly fee (non-profit). As a member, you will get access to online educational programs and manuals, will be able to give speeches, take on different roles, participate in contests and international conferences as well as befriend lots of cool people.
We meet on Wednesdays from 18:00 at: Kulturstationen Vanløse, Jernbane Allé 38, 2720 Vanløse. The room is on the first floor.
How to get there:
1. Once you exit the Vanløse station turn
2. towards the Burger King & Netto, then
3. On the left side is a white building with an elevator and staircase
4. Go up to the first floor and use your CPR card to get in
5. You will see the room with a Toastmasters sign
