Just bring your good vibes, relax on the grass, and enjoy meaningful conversations with people from around the world 🌿

🍴 What to bring
Bring your own food, drinks or alcohol — feel free to share if you’d like! 🍕🍻
We kindly ask everyone to take their trash home, please bring your plastic bag to put your own trash.

☔ In case of rain
The event will be cancelled or postponed.
We will notify you 3 hours before the event starts.

💰 Participation Fee
500 yen (Cash or PayPay)
(Funds will be used to maintain the Meetup membership and advertisement!)

Attention
The following member will be forcibly removed from the group.
・Those who are not showing up on the event, although the status is "Attending".
・Those who make a cancellation repeatedly on the day of the event. (Please don't cancel less than 24 hours before the event starts.)
・The above actions will bother not only an organizer but also other participants. If it seems it's difficult for you to participate, please cancel as early as possible.
・Those who act any solicitation for other participants, such as network business, MLM, religion, insurance, solicitation by peers.

雨天の場合は中止または延期となります。
イベント開始の3時間前にご連絡いたします。

500円（現金またはPayPay）
※参加費は今後のイベント運営費および広告費に使用されます。

参加される場合は、必ず参加ボタンを押してください。
尚、以下に当てはまる場合、強制的にグループを退会となります。
・"参加する"としているのに当日現れない。
・当日キャンセルを何度も繰り返す。（キャンセルは開始１日前にお願いします。）
