◾️What to Bring
・Comfortable walking shoes
・Towel (We will be walking barefoot on the beach for earthing, so please bring one to wipe off any sand)
・Approximately 2,000 yen for food (We plan to eat Japanese soba noodles for lunch)

◾️持ち物
・歩き慣れた靴
・タオル(ビーチを裸足で歩いてアーシングをしますので、付いた砂を拭き取るためにご持参ください)
・食事代2,000円前後(昼食は日本そばを食べる予定です)
