September is the season for “Tsukimi,” Japan’s traditional moon-viewing celebration! Let’s enjoy a Tsukimi & Night Picnic together at a beautiful grassy park in the heart of Tokyo, while admiring the beautiful moon in the autumn night sky! 🧺🍡

First, we’ll start at the café!
In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, chat in English and meet participants from around the world while getting to know each other naturally.
First-time participants and solo participants are more than welcome! 😊

Then, it’s time for the night picnic!
We’ll walk from the café to the park and relax on the grass.
Enjoy some food and drinks, take in the atmosphere of Tokyo at night, and have a great time socializing with other participants. ✨

This is more than just a social meetup—it’s a chance to spend a special evening on the grass in a Tokyo park with people from around the world.

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (7:15–8:10 PM)
Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, there will be a chance for participants to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

📍 Night Picnic (8:15–9:30 PM)
This time, we’ll visit Kanda Square and enjoy a relaxing night picnic in its open plaza!
Bring a drink or some light snacks, enjoy the atmosphere of Tokyo at night, and socialize with other participants. ✨

📍 End (9:30 PM)
You are welcome to stay longer on your own, but please note that the grassy area is available only until 10:00 PM.

🌙 Important Notes
- This is not a guided tour.
- Please arrive by the Departure Time. You cannot join the event after departure.
- The last order for drinks is 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional ¥500 will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Same-day registration at the cafe is not available.
- The event will be canceled if fewer than three people are attending or in case of severe weather. In such cases, you are welcome to join one of our various events at the cafe instead.
- If you leave the event early, please let the organizer know.

🧺 About the Picnic
- Please bring your own drinks and some snacks to share with others.
- You’re welcome to buy items along the way if needed.
- Please refrain from consuming any food or drinks you bring inside the café.
- Picnic sheets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

9月は日本の伝統行事「お月見」の季節！都会の真ん中にある芝生のきれいな公園で、秋の夜空に浮かぶ美しい月を眺めながら、みんなでお月見＆ナイトピクニックを楽しみましょう！🧺🍡

まずはカフェからスタート！
リラックスした雰囲気の中で、英語で会話したり、世界中から集まった参加者と交流したりしながら、自然に打ち解けましょう。
初参加の方や、おひとりでの参加も大歓迎です😊

そして、ナイトピクニックへ！
カフェから徒歩で公園へ移動し、芝生の上でゆっくり過ごします。
食べ物やドリンクを片手に、夜の街の雰囲気を楽しみながら、参加者同士で楽しく交流しましょう✨

ただの交流会ではなく、夜の公園の芝生の上で、海外の人たちと一緒に特別な時間を過ごせるイベントです。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- 『出発時刻』までにお越しください。出発後の途中参加はできません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発時刻の30分前です。
- ドリンクをご注文されない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- カフェ到着後の当日申込みはできません。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天の場合は、中止となります。その際は、カフェで各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退出される場合は、オーガナイザーにお知らせください。
