This time, we’re back with three authentic Turkish dishes, and we’ll cook them together and enjoy them fresh from the kitchen.

レンズ豆とブルグルを使った、トルコの定番スープ。やさしい味わいで少しスパイシー。

② Fırında Köfte İle Patates Dizmesi（トルコ風ミートボールとポテトのオーブン焼き）ボリューム満点の人気家庭料理。

③ Narlı Mor Lahana Salatası（紫キャベツとザクロのサラダ）
彩り鮮やかで爽やかなサラダ。甘酸っぱいザクロがアクセント。
