**Puglia is one of Italy’s top regions** for food lovers — especially when it comes to **homemade fresh pasta**. Orecchiette, cavatelli, sagne… Who wants to **learn how to make these kinds of pasta from scratch**, starting with just flour and eggs? Me!
That’s why I invited our Apulian teacher Gioacchino — or just “Giò” for friends. He’ll teach us how it’s done.

We’ll go through all the steps of preparing handmade pasta, without any machines — **just using a rolling pin, a wooden board, and a knife**. It’s a recipe **anyone can try again at home**. Gioacchino will also show us how to prepare a **delicious tomato sauce** to go with the pasta.
At the end, we’ll eat the pasta we just made.

Along with the pasta, we’ll serve **homemade bread** by Paolo, **cheese, cold cuts,** and coffee. And wine? Of course! **We’ll enjoy wonderful wines from Puglia** while chatting with new friends in Japanese, English, and Italian.

プーリア州は、イタリアの中でも美食で有名な地域のひとつ。特に、手作りのフレッシュパスタは格別です。オレキエッテ、カヴァテッリ、サーニェ… 小麦粉と卵から「ゼロ」から作ってみたい人、いますか？はい、私です！
だからこそ、プーリア出身の先生、ジョアッキーノさん（友達には「ジョー」）をお招きしました。彼が、手作りパスタの作り方を教えてくれます。
機械を使わず、めん棒、まな板、包丁だけで作る、本格的な手打ちパスタ。家庭でも再現できるレシピです。さらに、ジョアッキーノさんが、パスタにぴったりの美味しいトマトソースの作り方も伝授してくれます。
最後には、できたてのパスタをみんなでいただきます！
パスタのほかに、パオロ特製の自家製パン、チーズ、生ハム、コーヒーもご用意します。ワイン？もちろんあります！プーリア産の素晴らしいワインと共に、日本語・英語・イタリア語で新しい友達と楽しくおしゃべりしましょう。

La Puglia è una delle regioni italiane top per la gastronomia, soprattutto per la pasta fresca fatta in casa. Orecchiette, cavatelli, sagne... Chi vuole imparare a preparare questi tipi di pasta "da zero", partendo da farina e uova? Io! Per questo motivo, ho chiamato il nostro insegnante pugliese Gioacchino, "Giò" per gli amici. Ci insegnerà lui come fare.
Vedremo tutte le varie fasi della preparazione della pasta fatta a mano, senza l'uso macchinari, semplicemente con un matterello, una spianatoia e un coltello. Una ricetta che tutti noi potremo ripetere a casa nostra. Gioacchino ci insegnerà anche come preparare uno squisito sugo al pomodoro per accompagnare la pasta.
Alla fine, mangeremo la pasta appena fatta.
Oltre alla pasta, offriremo pane fatto in casa da Paolo, formaggio, affettati e caffè. Potrebbe mancare il vino? No di certo! Accompagneremo il tutto con grandi vini pugliesi, parlando con nuovi amici in giapponese, inglese e italiano.
