The ridge that has the peaks of Kashiga-mine and Syakego-yama is located in parallel with the eastern part of the Rokko Juso route. Less people walk on it, but it has a pretty good view and is worth to walk, I think.
Starting from Takarazuka station, we walk the Rokko Juso route toward the west about 2hrs. Turn south, walk a paved road for a while, then we go into the ridge. After enjoying the nice view and the ups and downs of the ridge, we go down to Sakasegawa station in the Hankyu line.
Walking time is about 5-6 hours. Technically, it's not a difficult hike, but you need to have a good physical strength to join this hike.
Meeting point and time:
Takarazuka station (ticket gate) in the Hankyu line at 11:00am.
Requirements/What to bring:
Lunch, water, rain gear, good hiking shoes.
