桜のシーズンは公園で気持ちよく身体をストレッチ、
みんなで一緒にヨガを楽しみましょう。

基本的にリラックス系のヨガ、動くヨガなんでもできます。お客様のその日のリクエストとか身体の不調など改善したい部分、ご要望にそってクラスを組み立てられることが強みです。

①心身を開放する　②体の声を聞く　③内省しよう
ヨガをやったことない方でも無理のない内容です、経験者さんもOK！
当日はご自身で体調を判断の上、無理のないようにご参加ください。
