Autumn Colours Day Hike Katsuoji Temple and Minoh

An intermediate level day hike from Kita Senri to Katsuoji Temple and then continuing on to Minoh Falls.
In a beautiful rural setting, Katsuoji temple is decorated extensively with Japanese 'Daruma' , believed to bring good luck.
Entry into the temple is optional, but will cost 500 yen.
From Katsuoji Temple, we will continue hiking along woodland trails via Minoh Falls to Minoh station. The trail towards the station is famous for its spectacular autumn leaves.
Please wear hiking shoes and hiking clothing and be sure to bring some warm clothes, including gloves and a hat, a rain jacket, groundsheet, drinking water and lunch.
For members who have paid a 3,000 yen annual subscription for IOC Kansai, participation in this event is free, including for those who become a member on the day of the hike. There is a 1,000 yen fee for visitors.
