Let’s enjoy a picnic at Saitama Prefecture's most popular cherry blossom spot?

The Somei-Yoshino cherry trees bloom magnificently, creating a tunnel of blossoms. Alongside the embankment, rapeseed flowers are planted, creating a stunning contrast between the pale pink of the cherry blossoms and the bright yellow of the rapeseed flowers.
During the cherry blossom festival period, around 100 stalls are set up, various events are held, and the area bustles with many flower-viewing visitors.

It's not a hike; it's a 35-minute walk one way from the station to the festival grounds, about 2.5 km.
