Welcome to our 150th!! JIGG Setagaya Board Game Day.
** This event is a 1min walk from Okusawa station **
Come join us! Make some new friends and play some Fantastic Board Games. Feel free to bring friends :)
Each month we may be in a different location, so please check the information below to make sure.

After RSVPing, if your plans changes, please remember to update the RSVP. Sometimes there might be 1-2 people on the waiting list, and it will them move them to 'attending'. Thank you!

Rules by the Community Center:

• ✅🥤Drinking is permitted. Bottle drinks with lids are permitted 🤗
• ❌🍔This is a no eating venue. The community center told us to please remind everyone about this rule. Sometimes the workers come check the room, and any food visible may garner a complaint. 🧺If you wish to eat, the fountain area in front of the station is a nice spot to eat ⛲🌲
• ✅Please take all trash with you. There are no trash cans at the venue but there is a convenience store at the station.

●　会場内では飲み物OKです。フタ付きのペットボトル飲料は持ち込み可能です😊

●　会場内の中でのお食事はご遠慮ください。このルールは公民館によって定められています。公民館の方からも、利用される皆さまへご案内してほしいとお願いされています。時々、公民館のスタッフの方がルールが守られているか確認に来ることがあります。
🧺お食事をされる場合は、駅前の噴水エリアがおすすめです。ゆっくり食べられる良い場所です。

●　ゴミは各自お持ち帰りをお願いいたします。会場内にゴミ箱はありませんが、駅のコンビニにゴミ箱があります。

1. HEALTH RESTRICTIONS FOR ATTENDANCE
To help prevent spreading, please avoid attending if:

• You have a fever OR a cough OR a sore throat
• Feel ill / diagnosed with Covid

2. SETUP & PACK UP
Please help us. Before and after using the venue sometimes we may need to setup, and reset tables and chairs at the end of the day.

• Feel free to show up any time and you can leave any time.
• There'll be usually someone to teach the rules.
• Feel free to bring your own games, or choose from the game table. Please return it to the same spot you found it because the games are owned by different people and sometimes there are multiple copies of the same game.
• If you are looking lost, find me (Mandy) or another gamer and say Hi, this is my first time :)
