私たちについて
This is a group for those who love OFF ROAD cycling and would like to meet up with other cyclists in a friendly, informal and supportive atmosphere.
We organise regular rides in the Yorkshire area, covering a variety of distances and types of terrain, using traffic free routes as much as possible. Each ride announcement has a general description, plus information on the meeting place, distance to be covered, level of difficulty to be expected, and the types of bike suitable for the terrain.
Members are charged just £1 per event, payable on the day, which goes towards the Meet Up web site administration fees.
Members not taking part in any rides over a long period of time may be removed from the group, but are free to re-join if their circumstances change, subject to approval.
Please note that we are not insured as a group, so each rider is responsible for their own safety. We only have one firm rule, which is:
Helmets are required on all rides, no exceptions. No Helmet = No Ride!

Ride Description: Malham Moor Circular
This ride is on some fast flowing trails with some superb descents. We visit the village of Stainforth with the famous Winskill Stepping Stones, traverse the back of Pen-y-gent on a good track then enjoy a superb descent down to the valley of Littondale.
We have a section of quiet road through this very picturesque valley and visit the pretty village of Arncliffe, which was the original outdoor setting for Emmerdale and the Woolpack Inn. We then have a long steady climb up on to High Cote Moor, passing Cote Gill waterfall and the old Lead mine workings, then a superb long grassy descent back down to the Tarn.
A super day's riding with fantastic views throughout the ride. Hoping for food at the Queens Arms at Litton, where we can possible stop for a refreshment break, but not to sure, so bring your own just in case.
Distance: 25 miles
Estimated Duration: 5 hours app
Technical/Physical Difficulty: Intermediates/Beginners / Some descents but nothing to technical a short climbs up to the back of Pen-y-gent and a steady climb up to High Cote Moor makes this a moderate to hard rated ride with about 2,900ft of climbing, so a good level of fitness required.
