Hey Adventure Buddies! 😎 Spring is here — the absolute best season to hike Mt. Oyama and enjoy the cherry blossoms! 🌸✨
Located in Kanagawa, this mid-level mountain is a fantastic step up for those looking to challenge themselves while taking in the beautiful spring scenery. 🚃🌿
🥾 Route Stats:

• Total Time: Approx. 5 hours 40 mins (Ascent: 3h 10m / Descent: 1h 30m / Rest: 1h)
• Distance: 9.95 km
• Elevation Gain: 1,198m (Total Descent: 1,203m)

We’ll start our hike from the bus stop, climbing up through the historical Oyama-dera Temple and Afuri Shrine, where we can spot beautiful mountain cherry blossoms (Yama-zakura) blooming along the trail! 🌸 From there, we'll pass the refreshing Niju-no-taki waterfall and Miharashidai viewpoint before conquering the 1,252m summit! 🌱
After enjoying lunch at the top with panoramic views of Sagami Bay, we will descend via Fujimidai, and finally take the cable car down from Afuri Shrine to save our knees! 🗻
Perfect for intermediate hikers with good stamina looking for a rewarding physical challenge and a unique way to experience Sakura season. (※ Hiking shoes are REQUIRED!) 🌿💬

今回は神奈川県にある中級者向けの「大山（おおやま）」に挑戦します！心地よい春の陽気の中、ステップアップしたい方にぴったりのコースです。🚃🌿
🥾 コースデータ：

• 所要時間： 約5時間40分（登り：3時間10分 / 下り：1時間30分 / 休憩：1時間）
• 歩行距離： 9.95km
• 累積標高差： 上り 1198m / 下り 1203m

今回は麓のバス停から登り始める本格ルートです！男坂・女坂から大山寺、阿夫利神社下社を経由し、道中の美しい山桜（ヤマザクラ）🌸を楽しみながら、二重ノ滝や見晴らし台の絶景を経て山頂（標高1,252m）を目指します。🌱
山頂で相模湾のパノラマビューを見ながらお花見ランチをした後は、富士見台・夫婦杉を経由して下山し、最後は阿夫利神社下社からケーブルカーでゆったり下ります。🗻
体力に自信のある方や、しっかり山歩きを楽しみたい中級者にぴったりのコースです。（※足場が悪いので登山靴を【必須】とします！）🥾💬
