This pilot session introduces myRenaissance Foundations, a structured outdoor training approach focused on posture, strength, coordination, and disciplined movement.
Training draws from martial arts fundamentals, intelligent bodyweight conditioning, and rhythm-based movement to develop physical competence and confidence without gym culture or fight-gym intensity.

What to expect:

– joint preparation and posture work
– controlled strength and coordination drills
– movement and light conditioning
– basic martial foundations (no sparring)

This is not a bootcamp, dance class, or combat sports session. The emphasis is control, attention, and sustainable development.

Who this is for:

Adults of any fitness level who value discipline, consistency, and long-term progress. No prior martial arts or fitness experience required.

This session is part of a small pilot while the myRenaissance system is being refined.
