Notes
Kindly select the "attend" option only if you can join us for the event. If unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance, we kindly ask you to update your RSVP to "not going". Any cancellations past 12 PM on the day of the event will be considered a 'no-show'

We will arrange members so that there will be a mix of Japanese/foreigners in each group
