Join our English Pilates class in Yokohama.

Limited to 5 participants.

This is a beginner-friendly class, and all levels are welcome.
Instructor Mayumi has many years of experience teaching Pilates.
The class will take place at a studio near Yokohama Station.

Please bring your water bottle.
