Lessons focus mainly on the basics, taught slowly and thoroughly to ensure full understanding.
Ladies, you’ll also have the chance to practice styling and movement during the basic lessons.

対象：入門・初級。未経験者歓迎！！☆彡
本格的なキューバンサルサを学べるチャンスです！
ラテンアメリカの情熱的なラテンダンスは、音楽、リズム、グルーブ感を最も重視しており、ひたすらターンをするだけの踊りではありません。バイヴス上がるラテンミュージックにノって、リズムに合わせて体を動かします♬
ダンス経験や年齢など関係ありません。リズム感、運動神経など無くても、レッスンを受けてる内に、リズム感をもって楽しく踊れるようになります！
東京で活動している、熟練のインストラクターWATARUから学ぶ事が出来ます！
初めての方でも、1人でも、誰でも参加できるレッスンです。
温かい人達の中で、皆で集まって、踊って、お喋りして、楽しいひと時を一緒に過ごしましょう！
楽しい皆と出会いましょう！キューバンサルサが初めての方や初級者、他のスタイルをやっていたがキューバンも踊りたい方など、お待ちしています。
また、既にリズムがきちんと取れるキューバンサルサ経験者の方におかれましては、レッスンを分けて、キューバはもとより世界で人気のある技や表現など、更に高度なレッスンを実施致します♬
それぞれの方のレベルに合わせてグループ分けをしてレッスンを進行いたしますので、
全くの初心者の方も経験者も安心してお越しください。基礎を中心とした内容でレッスンいたします。
スタジオレッスンならでは出来る内容でじっくりキューバンサルサの理解を深めます。
特に女性は、基礎的なレッスンを通じて、女性ならではのスタイリングムーブメントを取り入れた練習を行います。
