Framing is the art of using elements within a scene—archways, foliage, or window panes—to create a "frame within a frame." It draws the eye to your subject and adds depth to the composition. Expect a high-octane journey through Shinjuku, where the clean lines of modern skyscrapers meet the narrow, neon-soaked alleys of the "Showat-era" side streets.
Walk, shoot, and connect with photographers & creators as we move from the high-tech South to the gritty North.

We’ll meet at the outdoor seating area right on the terrace. It is a standalone building on the pedestrian walkway, very easy to find without going underground.

17:00 | Meet & Connect
We’ll gather on the terrace, introduce ourselves, and capture some wide-angle "urban frames" using the surrounding architecture.

17:15 | Main Walk
Crossing over to the North Side to capture the iconic lanterns of Omoide Yokocho, the neon layers of Kabukicho, and the tiny hidden bars of Golden Gai.

19:30 → Optional social hour for ramen or drinks in the heart of Shinjuku.
