Why not engage in international exchange through chess?

Chess is one of the world's oldest and most popular games, a two-player board game and a mind sport. Using 16 pieces each of white and black, the objective is to checkmate the opponent's king.

Additionally, you can enjoy shogi, the Japanese version of chess, and Xiangqi (Chinese chess).

Seating is open, so solo participants are very welcome. You can also participate in various international exchange events that are happening simultaneously.

Everyone is welcome to come by.

♟️ Notice
- If you don't have an opponent, please join one of the international exchange matches taking place at other tables.
- If you come alone, you may have to wait, so please come with friends to play with whenever possible.

💡 Fees
Participation Fee: *FREE* (Regardless of nationality or gender)
* Entry and exit are free, and you are welcome to attend at any time
* One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
* An additional drink is from 300 JPY
* You can also order alcohol
* Light meal is from 100 JPY
* A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
* Cash only

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.
- Please check the "Information" and "Rule Book" from the links below, and then click the “Attend” button on this page.

チェスを通じて国際交流をしませんか？

チェスは、世界最古かつ最も人気のあるゲームのひとつで、2人用のボードゲームであり、マインドスポーツの一種です。白と黒それぞれ16個の駒を使い、相手のキングを追い詰めることを目的としています。

さらに、日本のチェスである将棋や、中国のチェスであるシャンチー（象棋）もお楽しみいただけます。

相席は自由ですので、お一人でのご参加も大歓迎です。また、同時開催している各国際交流会にもご参加いただけます。
