Daniel, our 36 y.o. Spanish chef is from Madrid.
He was fascinated as a kid to see his mother making such a good food and kept this inspiration all his life!
He graduated as a Chef 16 years ago in Spain and started working in different cities in Spain.
Then he moved to England for 2 years and decided to come to Japan 5 years ago.
Now he is working as a Chef in a Spanish Restaurant in Tokyo.
