🔥 New Outdoor Functional (HIIT) Training – Yoyogi Park Edition 🔥

Looking to level up your fitness with a mix of strength, cardio, and endurance? Join us for a high-intensity interval bodyweight circuit session inspired by HYROX-style training 💪🏽🏃‍♂️

📍 Location: Yoyogi Park (exact location will be sent one day before the event)

⏰ Time: 9:00 – 9:50 AM

Expect a dynamic circuit combining bodyweight strength exercises and heart-pumping cardio intervals. We’ll rotate through stations designed to challenge your full body, improve endurance, and keep things fun and motivating in a great outdoor setting 💪🏻

✔️ All fitness levels welcome
✔️ No equipment needed (optional yoga mat/ we will do the workout on the grass)
✔️ Just bring water, a towel, and good energy
✔️ Participation fee only 500 yen (Pay in cash please)
