15 minutes Warm-up Yoga stretching and basic belly dance movements
30 minutes Belly Dance Routine - Camels, sways, circles, figure 8s, twists, hip drops, transitions, combinations and variations
15 minutes Cool Down yoga stretchingWhat to wear: Comfortable exercise clothes. I will bring yoga mats and hip scarves.

平塚駅 Hiratsuka station, 神奈川県平塚市宝町1-1, Hiratsuka, JPHiratsuka, Oiso and Kozu are located on the coastline of central Kanagawa Prefecture, facing Sagami Bay of the Pacific Ocean. The coastline is sandy and is regarded as the western end of the Shōnan area. It is a popular beach resort and holiday spot for residents of Tokyo.
