千葉中央駅より徒歩3分のレンタルスペースKKDuoにて一緒に瞑想しませんか？ストレッチと氣功をしてカラダを温め緩めた後、１時間ほどじっくり時間をかけて瞑想していきます。

This system brings together years of effective meditation techniques that were developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnason who has studied for 35 years exploring people and the phenomena of the mind. [Chido (Chi Gong/Qigong)]
Chido is one of the Chi Gong/Qigong. Chi or Qi means life-force energy　which especially ancient eastern spiritual culture focuses. For example, the concept of meridian (like rivers or Chi/Qi vessel all over the body) is come from this Chi/Qi flow in our physical & energetic body. Tai Chi Chuan or Chi Gong/Qigong practice is for the better circulation of Chi/Qi in our body to re-energize and for better health and ultimately for your spirituality.
