Photowalk- Hanazono Shrine Grand Festival(Shinjuku)

Join us for a vibrant afternoon of street photography at one of Shinjuku’s most iconic traditional events — the Hanazono Shrine Grand Festival! From mikoshi processions to colorful yukata and glowing lanterns, this is a perfect chance to capture the spirit of Tokyo’s matsuri season.

This photowalk is also perfect for newcomers to Tokyo or Japan who want to experience a traditional Japanese festival up close while connecting with fellow photography enthusiasts.

We’ll meet near the shrine entrance at 12:00 and explore the festive streets together until around 15:00. Whether you’re shooting film, digital, or just your phone — all cameras and skill levels are welcome!
