ELETokyo (http://eletokyo.com/) is in the heart of Tokyo (Azabu-Juban)

It's an ultra modern venue with great sound that attracts a very fashionable & upmarket crowd

It's also the venue Lady Gaga chose to party at when she was in Japan! This is one of Tokyo's premier night venues!

Tokyo Spontaneous has been able to organize a great deal on entrance fees, drinks & food (until 9pm) and exclusive space (until 10:30pm)

Meetup drinks available until 9pm @ ¥500;

From 9pm most drinks are ¥1 000 but lucky for us we're able to buy up to 3 drink tickets @ ¥500 each at the entrance that you can use anytime during the night :)

Breakdown of the event :

7:55pm - 8pm : Meetup time. Exit 7 - street level - of Azabu-Juban Station. Look for the Meetup sign

There's a 2nd Meetup @ 8:40pm - 8:45pm also @ the station

ELETokyo is just 20 meters from exit 7

Going directly anytime until 9pm works too

From 8pm to 9pm we have the entire event space to ourselves

From 9pm to 10:30pm we have a Meetup only non-smoking section

The idea is to connect with fellow Meetup members before the rest of the guests join us

8pm - 00:30am : Mingle, make friends, drink, do as you wish, have an absolutely amazing time!

The official end time is 00:30am but if you'd like to party the whole night please do!

Trains run all night - though less frequently than usual - on New Years Eve. So you're able to return home anytime you decide. Please check your journey options.

Joining fee : Includes two drinks, buffet & lots of EXTRA party regalia for Meetup members only!

Ladies : ¥1 500 (¥500 joining fee + ¥1 000 for 2 drinks)

Gentlemen : ¥2 500 (¥1 500 joining fee + ¥1 000 for 2 drinks)

Option : An extra drink ticket @ ¥500.

[当日のスケジュール]

7:55pm-8pm: 集合時間。麻布十番駅 7番出口(地上階)で、Meetupサインを持ってお待ちしています。

8pm以降に、直接お店に来ていただいても構いません。

駅での2回目の集合時間は8:40pm-8:45pmを予定しています。

イベントスペースは7番出口から20メートルほど歩いた場所にあります。

8pm-9pm: イベントスペース全体を貸切にします。

9pm-10:30pm: の禁煙スペースのみ。

Meetupメンバー用に貸切になります。

イベントの公式な終了時間は0:30amですが、朝までパーティーを楽しみたい方は、そのままどうぞ！

大晦日は、通常より本数は少ないですが、朝まで電車が運行していますので、好きな時に帰れると思います。運行情報をご確認ください。

[参加費] 参加費には、ドリンク2杯とビュッフェが含まれています。さらにミートアップメンバー限定で、沢山のクラッカーなどのパーティーグッズも用意しています！

女性: 1500円 (参加費500円+2ドリンク1000円)
