Fun & Friendly Lang Ex @ a Stylish Ebisu Venue / 楽しく気軽にランゲージエクスチェンジ :)

With corona safety considerations very much in mind this event has been planned.

At the entrance hand sanitizer is provided, temperature checked and facemasks are to be worn throughout the event (necessary).

For this event we'll be using tables that are well spread out and our event space is spacious.

このイベントは新型コロナウイルスに十分注意を払って計画されています。

入口付近で手の消毒液の使用と赤外線による体温測定を行います。さらに、イベント開催中は必ず常にマスクを着用してください。

このイベントスペースは広く、十分に間隔をとって配置したテーブルを使用します。

日本語は英語の後にあります。

Language exchange with a difference; topic based with "6" rounds (3 English/3 日本語) which creates great energy & language practice opportunities and increases the # of fellow members we meet.

A breakdown of the event;

It's a short walk from JR Ebisu Station west exit and Tokyo Metro Ebisu Station exit 5

Arriving anytime from 5pm works

5pm - 5:10pm : Get a drink & preparation time

5:10pm - 5:40pm : 15 minutes of English conversation/practice followed by 15 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice. Let's try help each other practice as best we can.

5:40pm - 5:45pm : Break time. Do as you'd like

5:45pm - 6:05pm : 10 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice followed by 10 minutes of English conversation/practice.

6:05pm - 6:10pm : Break time. Do as you'd like

6:10pm - 6:30pm : 10 minutes of English conversation/practice followed by 15 minutes of Japanese conversation/practice.

Joining fee : ¥500.

International tourists and diplomats : Free.

Notes :

• Joining is at your own risk and we (Tokyo Spontaneous Meetup and the event venue) don't take any responsibility for any negative impact at all

• This format means you should have at least 6 language exchange partners during the event

• This event is for English & Japanese language exchange only. In future we might try incorporating other languages

• All levels of English & Japanese are welcome

• No teaching experience is needed

• This is a non smoking event. For smokers there's a separate smoking section.

このランゲージエクスチェンジは少し変わっていて、トピックをもとに、素晴らしいエネルギーと言語を練習する機会を作り、より多くの仲間との出会いを増やす8ラウンド(英語を4ラウンド/日本語を4ラウンド)を実施します。

[当日のスケジュール]

お店はJR恵比寿駅西口/東京メトロ恵比寿駅の5番出口から近いです。

17:00以降、直接いらっしゃっても構いません。

17:00 - 17:10 : ドリンクを購入&準備の時間です。種類豊富なドリンクが500円で楽しみます。

17:10 - 17:40 : 15分の英会話練習の後、15分の日本語会話練習をします。できるだけお互いの練習を助け合いましょう。

17:40 - 17:45 : 休憩時間です。お好きにお過ごしください。

17:45 - 18:05 : 10分の日本語会話練習の後、10分の英会話練習をします。

18:05 - 18:10 : 休憩時間です。お好きにお過ごしください。

18:10 - 18:30 : 10分の英会話練習の後、10分の日本語会話練習をします。

外国からの旅行者と外交官 : 0円

• 教育経験は不要です。

• このイベントは禁煙です。喫煙される方は、別の喫煙場所があります。
