Acworth Paddle Boarding Kayaking Meetup Group

Purpose of the group: Our group aims to bring together people who enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking on Lake Allatoona, in Acworth, GA. We want to create a community of water enthusiasts who can share their passion for these outdoor activities, explore the lake's beauty, and have fun together.

Who should join: Anyone who loves paddle boarding and kayaking or wants to try it out is welcome to join our group. No previous experience is required, and we have some extra kayaks, canoe, and plenty of safety gear. We encourage people of all ages and skill levels to join, as long as they are comfortable being in the water and can swim.

What will you do at your events: We plan to organize regular outings from our lakefront property, where we can launch our kayaks and paddle boards directly from our dock. Our events will vary depending on the season and the interests of the group, but they may include leisurely paddling around the lake, exploring coves, wildlife watching, sunset paddles, and more. We may also organize picnics, potlucks, and other social activities to foster a sense of community among our members. Safety will always be our top priority, and we will provide guidance and supervision to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.
