Come out with a pointy hat ( make a chin strap!!!) and cape on the same morning as the Wicked 10 k! Your paddle magically becomes a broom! Let's represent Va Beach as many major coastal cities participate in this witchy paddle tradition! Have fun, celebrate, mingle and let's get a picture of as many witches and warlocks we can on the water!!!!
