Take a pause from the busy rhythm of Seoul and come to experience mindful movement and meditation in the heart of Insadong.

This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm the mind, and restore inner balance through gentle yoga, breath awareness, and guided meditation.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you are warmly welcome. The class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
