This group is for all who wish to experience the mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual benefits of meditation
Whether you are a novice, an expert, a first timer, a one offer, an occasional enthusiast or a life long devotee of meditation practice, this group is for you,
This group is intended to provide an opportunity to get together in person or virtually to practice,
- Paying attention,
- In the Present Moment,
- On Purpose,
- Suspending Judgement.
This is done through drop in guided meditation sessions and through structured meditation courses.
This group is returning to activity after a hiatus with a new Meetup Organizer, Arran Kennedy.
Arran is a mindfulness enthusiast, practising psychologist and couples therapist and member of the Baha'i Faith, all of which influence his meditation practice.
