Enjoy some basic breathing meditation, a brief Buddhist teaching and follow up meditation all geared at increasing our peace of mind and give us tools to keep that peace of mind going in busy daily life.
Everyone welcome, no previous experience needed.
Please note that credit card payments are required if paying at the door; no cash.
Enter the building through the door beneath the arches and sign ‘Office.’ The class room is to the left as you enter the main part of the building.
