- 12:15 PM 단체 운동 시작 (바디웨이트 + 복싱 루틴)
- 1:00–2:00 PM 사진 타임 + 피크닉 (먹고, 마시고, 수다 타임)
### 🎒 준비물:
물, 간식, 피크닉 음식, 글러브/랩 (복싱하고싶은 분만), 그리고 신나게 움직일 텐션 필수!
