Pete Gordon is passionate about applying and continuing to grow his expertise in Internet Software Development/Architecture, Users Experience and IT Security by leading teams of technical experts and working tightly with the business. He brings deep technical experience, which ranges from Application Development (SDLC) Management, Product Development (C#/Java/Javascript/JSON/SQL), and IT Security/Network Services. Pete has worked with many companies and industries to collaborate on Internet, AI/ML and CyberSecurity. Pete believes that beautiful things happen when Statistics and Software come together on the Internet to bring Automated Inference (AI) and the ideal User Experience. He received a bachelor degree in Information Systems from The Ohio State University in 1997 and a masters degree in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University in 2013. He jokes that it was his goal to get a degree from each of the BIG10 schools, but he knows that will never happen. Pete’s interests in technology spills into Charles Sanders Peirce and Ludwig Wittgenstein philosophy, semiotics, and meaning. He is a “fanatical” follower of Jesus Christ, but doesn’t consider himself “religious”. He also started the Google Developer Group (GDG) in Columbus, Ohio in 2012, has two young adult children and been married to the love of his life and best friend since 1997.
