Dear Friends !
We are going to hike to Hidden Wall Ridge in Bukansan.

Hidden Wall Ridge(Sum-Eun-Byeok) trail

Because not many people take the Hidden Wall Ridge(Sum-Eun-Byeok Ridge) to get the highest peak, Baek-Wun-Dae, this trail is rather quieter than other trail. The name of the Hidden Wall(Sum-Eun-Byeok) is because it locates behind of Baekwundae. It looks like the neck of Baekwundae. If you take this trail, you will enjoy the back side of Baewundae, Insubong, as well as some thrilled rocky trail. Furthermore, you can see Dobongsan on this trail all the time.

The Bukhansan Hidden Wall course brings you up the west side of the mountain, which gives you completely unique views of Baegundae, the highest peak of Bukhansan National Park. Less a wall and more a series of massive rocks, it is called the Hidden Wall, or Soomeun-byeok, because when you are traversing the trail, you can see Insubong, Baegundae and Dobongsan to the east but from all three of those locations you cannot see the “Hidden Wall.” On top of offering rad views of the park and surrounding Seoul, the course is chalked full of diverse terrain. This hike is both fun and challenging!

+++ Itinerary +++
13:00 - Meet up & Take a bus NO. 양주37.
13:30 - Get off at 효자2통 bus stop & Start hiking.
18:00 - Finish hiking & Dinner.

Hiking trail will be Bamgol - SumeunByck(Hidden Wall) - Skeleton Rock - Hole Wall - Valley Road - Hidden Wall Waterfall - Bamgol Park Ranger Station. We’re estimating the hike to be about 5.6 km long and take about 3 hours. But we will change the trail according to hikes' strength. This hike is medium level.
