Curious about coding? Working as a developer, studying, or want to change your career? Join other like-minded people for an informal gathering.
At FCC Seoul meetups, you're welcome to do whatever you'd like. Some people study alone or with others, ask questions or for feedback, show off projects, share knowledge, talk coding careers, or interview prep.
All are welcome! No experience is required or expected. Bringing a 💻 laptop is highly encouraged.
📍4th floor lounge of the K-Square Gangnam 2 office building (Address + map links below). There's a giant 🐈 cat statue by the entrance. You must take the 🛗 elevators to the 4th floor.

WORKSHOP DETAILS
Title: “Learn to Program Python with ChatGPT and get to know a UI Tool”
Time: 13:00 - 15:30
Instructor: Matthias Kim
An interactive hands-on session for:
- Utilizing ChatGPT to build Python programs (can be applied for other, languages like Javascript)
- Introduction to PySimpleGUI.org (a package for building UIs for Python programs. This package is much easier to use than the standard Python GUI tkinter
‼️ Prerequisites:
- Laptop
- Python 3 or higher installed
- Basic Python Understanding (variables, types, lists, functions)
- ChatGPT free account
We will build a clock for 3 timezones and a weather app as shown in the attached images.
The focus is NOT on how to build these apps, but on how to utilize ChatGPT in coding. The apps are just an example. We will generate all Code via ChatGPT, so no need to type during the session, only copy/paste.
