Yoga & Claywork by Mudrasoil
We’ll meet at 10:20 AM at Mudrasoil Ceramic Studio in Namyangju.

Slow down, move your body, and create something with your hands.
We'll begin the morning with a gentle 50-minute yoga session, focusing on movement, breathing, and being present in the moment. The class is beginner-friendly and designed to help you unwind before we move into the creative part of the experience.
After yoga, we'll spend approximately 90 minutes exploring Claywork. Each participant can choose between two options:

🎨 Pottery Painting
Choose a ceramic piece and bring it to life with your own colors and designs. The design includes a small ceramic figurine and a plate or bowl.

🤲 Handbuilding Pottery
Create your own piece from clay using handbuilding techniques. Popular options include cups, plates, incense holders, and other small decorative pieces.

Throughout the workshop, you'll be able to enjoy coffee or tea and light refreshments while creating.
Once your pottery has been fired and finished, it will be delivered to you within Korea. Delivery is already included in the workshop fee.

What to bring

• Your own yoga mat
• A towel
• Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so we can begin together. We kindly ask that you do not arrive significantly earlier and avoid arriving late if possible.

Women Only Event
This event is exclusively for women.
We aim to create a safe and comfortable space where women can connect openly and celebrate together.

What's Included
The total contribution is $45 USD (approx. 66000 KRW), processed via PayPal.

Your contribution includes:

• Our regular $5 organization fee
• Yoga glass by a Vinyasa instructor
• Claywork guided by an instructor and all supplies
• Delivery (within Korea) of your Claywork piece
• Coffee, Tea & light refreshments

If you don’t have PayPal, please message one of the hosts via Meetup and we’ll share our Korean bank transfer details with you.
As always, the organization fee helps us cover planning, coordination, and reservations so we can keep creating intentional gatherings for our community.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
hiSeoulies invests significant time in planning and coordinating each event. To keep our gatherings intentional and well-organized, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellation by the participant:

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• 3–7 days before the event: 50% refund of the hiSeoulies organization fee
• Less than 3 days before the event: No refund
• No-show (no prior notice): No refund

For events that include third-party services (e.g., classes, workshops, or venue bookings), these costs may be non-refundable once your spot has been confirmed. This will always be clearly stated in the event description.
Cancellation by hiSeoulies:
If hiSeoulies cancels an event, all participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Attendence Confirmation
To keep the event well-organized and avoid last-minute empty spots, we’ll send a short check-in message 2 days before the meetup to confirm attendance.
If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.

During the meetup, we may take a few photos or short videos to share on our Instagram or Meetup page as part of our community story 🤍
If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let the host know before the event begins.
We’ll always try to be mindful of everyone’s wishes. That said, it may not always be possible to completely avoid appearing in group photos.
